Grassroots Community Alliance

The Grassroots Community Alliance (GCA) is UCCY’s citywide network of trusted neighbors, churches, schools, clinics, and service partners that helps Jacksonville residents—especially those most at risk, marginalized, and underserved—solve urgent needs and build long-term stability. We offer no-cost navigation, warm handoffs, and consistent follow-up so families don’t have to face complicated systems alone. Every request is met with dignity, privacy, and practical next steps.
